Description:Packaging: Jewel Case
"Psychosis" on CD by Cavalera Conspiracy is a fiercely intense extreme metal album released under the banner of Napalm Records. Across its tracks, the band channels a raw, aggressive sound that blends elements of thrash, death and groove metal into a dark, uncompromising sonic assault. Dense riffing, rapid-fire drumming and guttural vocals create an atmosphere of paranoia and inner turmoil that fits the album title perfectly. The production emphasizes heaviness and clarity at once: each guitar layer cuts through the mix, the drums hit with percussive precision, and the bass underpins the whole with a menacing low-end growl. Lyrically and atmospherically, "Psychosis" plunges into themes of chaos, mental fracture and societal breakdown, making it an intense listening experience for fans of brutal, modern metal.

Cavalera Conspiracy is the band formed around the legendary Cavalera brothers, known for pioneering influential strands of extreme metal. With roots in the Brazilian metal underground, they became central figures in shaping modern metal through their earlier work and have since carried that same creative fire into Cavalera Conspiracy. The project is renowned for combining old-school ferocity with contemporary production and songwriting, delivering records that are both a nod to metal's past and a force in its present. Over the years, their albums have earned them a dedicated global fanbase and a strong reputation as one of the most hard-hitting live and studio acts in heavy music.

Napalm Records, the label behind this CD release, is a well-established independent metal and rock label known for its diverse and high-quality roster of artists ranging from classic heavy metal to the most extreme subgenres. With decades of experience, Napalm Records has built a reputation for professional production standards, distinctive artwork and strong international distribution. The label places great importance on nurturing artist creativity and connecting bands with a worldwide audience, making it a go-to home for ambitious and powerful metal releases like "Psychosis." For collectors and fans, owning "Psychosis" on CD from Napalm Records means adding a professionally produced, genre-defining extreme metal album to their shelves.

Eugene S. - 08/Oct/2025 5 of 5 Stars!
The fourth studio album by American heavy metal band Cavalera Conspiracy. It was released on November 17, 2017. Once you've gotten over "Excruciating," give the album a replay. It's worth it!
