"Big Generator" is a studio album by the legendary progressive rock band Yes, released in 1987 and available here in CD format. This record showcases Yes's signature blend of complex musicianship and melodic hooks, featuring standout tracks like "Love Will Find a Way," "Rhythm of Love," and the title track "Big Generator." The album marked a continuation of their successful transition into more accessible pop-rock sounds during the 1980s while retaining elements of their classic prog roots. HYUNG RAE K. - 16/Dec/2022 4 of 5 Stars!
Like its predecessor album ("90125"), this is one of the weakest albums by my favorite progressive rock band. The main problem the band's music had during the 1980s and early 1990s must have been the heavy songwriting role provided to Trevor Rabin, who was nowhere as interesting or innovative as Jon Anderson.
