Stormlord apparently fished their band name from the same metal cliché box as Dragonforce. However, the styles of both bands are quite different, because Stormlord play Symphonic Black/Death Metal, beating in the broadest sense in the same notch as the meaty genre representatives Septicflesh and Fleshgod Apocalypse.
