It's likely that this title was withdrawn before release, which was first announced for June(?) 2015 and then postponed to January 2016. Amazon cancelled all pre-orders in early 2016. However, very few copies seem to have escaped.
Probably the vaults opened in September 2022 and copies are finally being offered for sale.
