Descripción:Pianist Jon Mayer celebrated his return visit to New York by recording this splendid CD in the company of bassist Rufus Reid & drummer Victor Lewis. Originally from N.Y., where he was active in the 1950s playing & recording with such greats as John Coltrane & Jackie McClean, Mayer has been living in L.A. for a number of years. This is his fourth CD since 1995, and his first for Reservoir Music.
