 | | Description: | There is much more to Alvin Lee than the speed and the flash of a guitar solo. From the first inspiration from a live performance he attended of Big Bill Bronzy in his native Nottingham, England that moved a teen-aged clarinetist to switch to guitar, through his role with "Ten Years After" and his successful solo career, "Alvin Lee-Rockspective" examines Alvin's career in a unique, "Performance Interview" (with Alvin playing solo electric guitar) conducted by noted British rock historian John Platt, videotaped in Alvin's Space Studios in England. Featured is rare unreleased concert footage of Ten Years After from the Fillmore East in 1969, as well as backstage footage (some shot by Alvin himself) and other never-before-seen concert footage. The soundtrack features 10 songs, including live performances of such favorites as, "Love Like A Man" :, "Good Morning Little School Girl", "Help Me" and "I'm Coming Home" and two new music videos from Alvin's CD, "Zoom" (featuring Clarence Clemons from the E Street Band).
