Contains some of the Rifles' most blazing and raw performances with the opening one-two punch of Killing Time and Society. This album set the pace for all their following releases with Lovelock's often ascorbic, wry observations of society, particularly Australia's suburban culture, topping the ferocious twin-guitar attack of Steedman and Morris.This CD is housed in a jewel case with a folding 4-page booklet that has alternative 'black & green' front cover art.
The catalogue number 'HOT 1001' is printed on the disc and spines, while the cat# variation 'Hot 1001' is printed on the tray artwork.

This reissue CD was released in Australia on January 16th 1995 (The ARIA Report Issue #257).
