Customer Feedback for Grooves-Inc Website I recently purchased the Asus ROG Thor 1200W Platinum III PC-Netzteil from Grooves-Inc, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The product arrived swiftly—just three days from Berlin to Charlotte, NC—and the quality is top-notch. This power supply is a beast: solid, heavy, and beautifully engineered. The Digital Magnetic Display was a standout feature I absolutely loved. The included cables are impressively flexible and have a sleek, candy-like appearance that adds flair to the build. After finally swapping out my old PSU, I was thrilled to see this unit shine inside my Hyperion GR701 case from ASUS. Unfortunately, after several hours of normal use, the display readout went dark. Power cycling temporarily restores it, but the issue recurs. I’ve tried cleaning the display contacts with isopropyl alcohol and even rerouted the ARGB cable directly to the motherboard header—though I’m skeptical this will help, as ARGB isn’t related to the power usage readout. With a background in electronics, I understand the inner workings of power supplies well. I’ve reached out to Grooves-Inc support and both ASUS Germany and USA for warranty assistance. The issue is ongoing, but I remain optimistic. Grooves-Inc has been stellar so far—fast shipping, smooth ordering, and excellent service. Five stars for the experience to date. Fingers crossed for a swift resolution as I continue troubleshooting.
